Process to Start the IIMCAA Scholarship

Write to Us

You may write to us at alumni.iimc@gmail.com indicating that you are willing to adopt a scholarship or two of 25000 INR each yearly with name for the scholarship ....XYZ.... Memorial IIMCAA Scholarship.

Be More Specific

You may additionally give preference of gender or dept or campus of student. IIMCAA will try its best to give it to students as per supporter's preference. IIMCAA reserves the right to give the scholarship to another student in need, if preference doesn't work out.

Min. Requirement

IIMCAA requires minimum five years commitment to start Scholarship, but fund transfer is yearly 25000 INR only. You may review in sixth year to continue or discontinue. You shall transfer 25000 INR every year in the month of December.

Final Selection

We shall hand over scholarships to selected students at Annul Alumni Meet Connections in the month of February at IIMC HQ, New Delhi if IIMC Freeship/ Scholarship list is out by January. In a delayed IIMC list scenario, It will be given to students at least 15 days after IIMC list is out.

Rules and criteria of IIMCAA Scholarships

  1. IIMC Alumni Association will award IIMCAA Scholarships to students who have applied for fee waiver/ scholarship to IIMC only. IIMCAA will take list of applicants and relevant documents of students in need from IIMC only. Students are not required to contact IIMCAA in any manner for scholarships.
  2. IIMCAA Scholarships will be given to students who have not availed any scholarship/ fee waiver from IIMC.
  3. IIMCAA Scholarships will be given to students with minimum 75% attendance at IIMC.
  4. IIMCAA Scholarships will be given to students with minimum 50% aggregate marks in first semester and having passed in all papers at IIMC.
  5. IIMCAA Scholarships will be given to students not facing any disciplinary actions at IIMC.
  6. IIMCAA Scholarships will be given to students at Annual Alumni Meet- Connections every year but if first semester exam results are not declared before that, it will be declared 15 days after IIMC scholarship list are out.
  7. IIMC Alumni Association will form a Committee to evaluate the applications submitted at IIMC to select the beneficiaries. Committee will be entitled to overlook any/ all rules to award scholarships to needy students.
  8. IIMC Alumni Association may take help of chapters/ alumni or any other individual in independent assessment of any/ all applications to ascertain to whom it should provide financial assitance.
  9. IIMC Alumni Association may call/ interview applicants to whom it should provide financial assitance.
  10. List of beneficiaries will be published in Annual Souvenir and at IIMCAA Website & social media handles with amount and photograph.
  11. IIMC Alumni Association reserves the right to award scholarships to anyone/ none based on above criteria. It can change/ modify/ overlook any/ all rules at any stage.
  12. IIMCAA is not liable to award scholarships to all students in any manner. IIMCAA is not answerable to students over selection process of scholarships awardees.

Yearly Membership is 500 INR while Lifetime membership is 10,000 INR excluding GST. 18% GST is applicable on all memberships. Contribute your membership fee yearly. In case not a member, fill online form and pay digitally.
