Connections 2.0 is a new IIMCAA initiative that organises an annual outstation reunion where alumni participate with their families. The first edition, Connections 2.0 Goa 2025, brought together over 55 alumni and more than 75 participants in total. The meet included sessions on personal finance, AI in mass communication and careers in corporate communications, along with ample time for networking and family bonding.

Why Join: Membership of IIMCAA is open to all alumni who have obtained a Masters, PG Diploma or undergone mandatory training for IIS and other government services or completed a minimum three months course at IIMC.
Alumni are encouraged to become members and keep their membership active through timely fee payment.
IIMCAA’s Connections Global Meet, the IIMCAA Awards and the subsequent Connections Chapter Meets have received wide coverage in leading print, electronic and digital media at both national and regional levels. Over the years, IIMCAA has built a strong presence within the media fraternity, and this sustained coverage is helping more alumni discover and connect with the Alumni Association.
