Following are criterion for selection: ·
Absolutely flawless in spoken and (especially) written English. Well read. ·
Total work experience of minimum 5 years ·
Proven track record in handling editorial content as well leading production team & processes, must have exposure in produce content based long format feature shows·
Working knowledge of any video editing software and process of post-production (example, FCP, Avid Newscutter etc.)·
Must be open to: working long/ irregular hours (as per work load), work 6 days a week, travel extensively for work·
Meticulous and organized with ability to prioritize work, stick to deadlines and deliver high quality Audio-Video content within stipulated time frame and budgets·
Very important: must be able to write concepts, make power point presentations· Team player, self-motivated and self-driven person, confidentiality and integrity to work is highest in recruiter’s priority list Delhi based position.
Salary as per industry standards.
Immediate recruitment within a week. 3 months’ probation period.
