Qualification   : I. (a) Post Graduate in Journalism & Communication with 60% marks
                                     (Full time 2 year course with medium of instruction English) from a
                                        recognized university

or

       (b) PG with first class in any discipline from a recognized university  &
             PG Diploma in Journalism / Advertising &Public Relations with
             60% marks (Full time one year course with medium of instruction
             English) from Indian Institute of  Mass Communication.

     II.   Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Malayalam

Experience   :  Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in the field of public relations/  media relations/journalism.

Age               : Shall not exceed 40 years as on 15^th May 2013.

Selected candidate will be appointed on probation, in the scale of pay Rs. 29100-3%-54500, and the remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement etc., as per company rules. CTC as per present pay package would be approximately Rs.90,000/- per month.  Probation will be normally for one year, on successful completion of which confirmation in the regular service of the Company will be considered.  Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
