Brief job profile

1) Revenue Generation

The extent to which the station targets are met consistently .The ability to analyze & assess revenue potential in business opportunities and find out new ways/methods/market clients to generate additional revenue from the market.

2) Station Strategy

a) Client Expansion

Ability to identify and anticipate Clients existing and future needs and communicate to team .Develop compelling solutions to clients Tap wider resources within the organizations to develop Client Partner solutions, Bring fresh insight into client business which will help him deliver competitive advantage

b) Programming

Contributing to the programming Initiatives of the station

c) Marketing

The extent to which marketing targets of the cluster are met and alliances and tie-ups with all relevant properties in the region is established to increase salience and revenue . Effectiveness of driving radio innovation, sponsorship marketing, on ground events and brand promotion solutions. The extent to which promotions/launches are in sync with regional characteristics establishing synergy with the sales and Marketing to drive Revenues

d) Technical

Keep Oneself aware on the technical snags and issues and continuously monitor the same

e) Administration

Manage and control and keep a close check on the branch expenses

f) Innovation

Who initiates or leads change and innovation: implements new processes, systems, organizational structures, or operating paradigms which will result in transformative improvements in service, efficiency, value, effectiveness, outcome, or satisfaction.

Assistant Manager /Manager — Brand in Delhi

Brief job profile: The brand manager will implement the Company’s brandStrategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. This role coordinates with all the internal teams to support their respective missions. This role largely requires to be active on the social media  network.


1) Implement the brand strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services

2) Work with the Product development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date

3) Manage all media campaigns and day-to-day activites ensuring its visibility .Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

4) Become an advocate of the Company’s  brand strategy engaging in dialogues and answering questions whenever and wherever appropriate

5) Actively spread the word about the Company

6) Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of the different brand initiatives and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

7) Regularly feed back insights gained  to help the company evolve their strategies in a timely fashion

8) Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
