Job Overview
The Communication Specialist is overall responsible for communications to customers through various communication channels. He or She will also provide communication support and assistance to the Product & Yield and other departments of the organisation. The incumbent will also be responsible to create effective marketing and communication collaterals for the sales force and assist the team in various communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Communication Specialist’s responsibilities include project management, co-ordination support for marketing and communication initiatives, develop communication package, content in connection with service launches/changes, to be used in sales presentations, Q&A, customer advisory, news releases, leaflets and brochures. The role will also be responsible for communication channel management and/or maintenance (intranet, internet, newsletter).

Education: UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization
We require you to have
• Master’s degree in journalism or communications or related field
• We might also accept a Master’s in English, but only if the person has several years of journalistic experience from e.g. a newspaper or an agency
• Must have worked as writing editor, or as writer and then editor, we need someone who has tried both and can do both in this position
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Marketing and Corporate and/or internal Communication function/department in a reputed international brand
• Technical Skills and Competencies Required*
• Strong writing skills
• Proficient PC skills(Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook) required
• Good problem solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for problems
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals, ability to prioritize and respond in a timely manner
• Ability to drive and execute communications in a large, complex organisation with a diverse set of audiences
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
• Team player and possess ability to collaboratively work with cross-location teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• With a clear understanding of how communication strategies can help drive business goals
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Self-starter, a quick learner with a strong drive to succeed
• Creative Is good at condensing complex issues into simple, clear language
